Advanced Digital Mixing Console Training Course

 

Build confidence in handling medium-sized live events with advanced digital audio mixing skills.

 

This course is designed for participants who already have a basic understanding of the science of sound, ear training for sound frequencies, and initial experience in operating a digital audio mixer. It is ideal for live sound technicians, church audio volunteers, event technical staff, and audio operators who want to improve their workflow and technical confidence in digital mixing environments.

 

Throughout the training, participants will learn advanced digital mixer functions that are essential for professional live sound operation. Topics include advanced signal routing, DCA control, groups and mix buses, FX processing such as reverb, delay, and modulation, GEQ and system equalization, intermediate feedback control techniques, Dante audio networking basics, and scene management strategies.

 

The training sessions and exercises are designed to be applicable to different brands and models of digital audio mixers, allowing participants to apply the concepts across various live sound systems and event setups.

 

By the end of the course, participants are expected to confidently operate digital audio mixers and handle medium-sized live events with better control, efficiency, and technical understanding.

 

A printed certificate of completion will be issued on the last day of the training course.
